For example, warm tones have been used to highlight fresh products such as fruit and vegetables, creating a visual effect that enhances their freshness and attractiveness. On the other hand, more neutral tones have been chosen for the packaged products sections, ensuring that the lighting does not alter the perception of the actual colours of the products. <br><br> The use of track spotlights in this supermarket lighting project allows for unparalleled flexibility in the lighting arrangement. These floodlights can be easily adjusted to focus on specific areas, which is particularly useful in a retail environment where product configurations can change frequently. In addition, track spotlights help direct customers' attention to promotions or featured products, creating a visual flow that naturally guides the shopping experience. <br><br> One of the main challenges in supermarket lighting is ensuring that the light is sufficient to clearly see all products, without being so intense as to be obtrusive or damaging to the food. At the Valdebebas Supermarket, a lighting system has been designed to balance the intensity and distribution of light to ensure that every corner of the shop is evenly lit, avoiding dark or poorly lit areas that can affect the customer experience. <br><br> One of the key elements of this project is the use of track spotlights, which offer great flexibility to direct light exactly where it is needed. These floodlights allow specific areas of the supermarket, such as the fresh produce, bakery or deli sections, to be highlighted with light that brings out the natural colours of the food, making the products look more tempting. In addition, by adapting the colour of the lighting to each product category, an atmosphere is created that not only enhances the visual presentation, but also helps to guide customers intuitively through the space. <br><br> When planning lighting for a supermarket, it is crucial to consider not only the present, but also the future. Lighting in supermarkets is a key factor in enhancing the shopping experience, and in our recent lighting project for a supermarket in Salamanca, we have implemented a comprehensive solution ranging from linear systems to specialised luminaires for food display cabinets, track-mounted spotlights with adapted colour temperature, and suspended square decorative structures. This design not only improves product visibility, but also optimises the use of space, creating an attractive and functional environment for customers. <br><br> One of the key elements in this project is the use of linear systems that ensure uniform lighting throughout the aisles and display areas of the supermarket. These systems are designed to provide bright and consistent light, making it easier for customers to identify and select products. Linear lighting also contributes to an orderly and professional presentation of the space, enhancing the overall perception of the supermarket. <br><br> For the food display cases, specific luminaires were installed that are designed to highlight the freshness and quality of the food on display. These luminaires not only enhance the natural colours of the products, such as fruit, vegetables, meat and fish, but also ensure that every detail is visible and attractive to customers. Correct display lighting is crucial in influencing purchasing decisions, as a well-lit product conveys freshness and superior quality. <br><br> In addition, the project included the installation of track-mounted spotlights with adapted colour temperature. These floodlights allow precise control of light direction and intensity, ensuring that each area of the supermarket is lit according to its function and type of products on display. For example, in the fresh produce section, a colour temperature was used that enhances the vibrant tones of fruit and vegetables, while in areas such as the bakery, a warmer light was chosen to highlight the golden tones of the breads and pastries. <br><br> An innovative aspect of this project was the incorporation of suspended square decorative structures. These structures not only serve an aesthetic function, bringing a modern and elegant touch to the interior design of the supermarket, but also act as functional elements that integrate additional lighting.
